2021 — Stiftung Künstlerdorf Schöppingen, Germany
During the 4-month residency, I collaborated with cinematographer and director Mohammadreza Jahanpanah to organize film screenings and discussions at the Stiftung’s movie theatre. Additionally, I began and developed the pre-production stages of my documentary film Density of Emptiness, which is part of a series of documentaries in the project A Sense of Place, produced by Afsun Moshiry (Road River Films production) and Hamidreza Pejman (Pejman Foundation), in collaboration with Wim Wenders Foundation, Pejman Foundation, and LA Onda Productions.
During this period, I also edited the short film Vechte's Tale, directed by Mohammadreza Jahanpanah.
